Session Description
Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) occurs in 2-4% of reproductive-aged couples. A probable cause will be identified in less than 50% of couples after a complete evaluation. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists has withdrawn Practice Bulletin No. 24 from 2002 and clinicians need further guidance. The addition of 23-chromosomal microarray testing on the miscarriage tissue coupled with a modified evaluation can provide 90% with answers.
