Session Description
In this highly interactive session, participants will observe recordings of real clinicians discussing three adverse/harm events with standardized patients (SPs). Participants will also observe coaches prepping these individuals for the conversations. Participants will receive a “Communication Tip Sheet” and “Harm Communication Coaching Guide.” Participants will also receive copies of all three clinical cases for training SPs.
