The focus of this session will include robust discussion on the expanded use of office hysteroscopy and operative hysteroscopy in the evaluation and treatment of intrauterine pathology. The end of blind endometrial sampling should be our goal. Direct inspection of the uterus, with uninterrupted visualization through hysteroscopy with removal of lesions under direct visualization must be our objective. Utilization of myriad videos, images, and vignettes will motivate participants to embrace office and operative hysteroscopy in the treatment of common intrauterine pathologic conditions. The benefits of hysteroscopic tissue retrieval systems and resectoscopy will be explored.
