Adam Lewkowitz, MD, MPHS is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. He completed residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of California, San Francisco and fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis (Barnes-Jewish Hospital). He joined Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island and The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University after graduating from MFM fellowship in 2019.
A board-certified MFM, Dr. Lewkowitz’s research and clinical interests include diagnosing and managing perinatal iron deficiency anemia, and leveraging technology to improve health equity for people during and after pregnancy. He has published extensively in these areas as well as on clinical epidemiology and obstetrics.
