Tiffany A. Moore Simas, MD, MPH, MEd is Chair of the Department of Ob/Gyn, and Professor of Ob/Gyn, Pediatrics, Psychiatry and Population & Quantitative Health Sciences at UMass Chan Medical School/UMassMemorial Health. She is an academic specialist in general Ob/Gyn, physician-scientist, and educator. She is the founding Obstetric Engagement Liaison of MCPAP for Moms, a first in nation state-wide Perinatal Psychiatry Access Program that enhances the capacity of front-line providers to address perinatal mental health. Dr. Moore Simas is medical director of Lifeline for Moms and PI of the National Network of Access Programs. She serves her profession nationally as SASGOG’s President Elect and has a longstanding federally funded research portfolio and well over 100 peer-reviewed publications.
