Dr. Julia Cron is the Site Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at New York-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital, and Vice Chair and Assistant Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Cornell Medical College. She previously served as the Residency Program Director and Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences at Yale School of Medicine and Yale New Haven Hospital. Dr. Cron received her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine before completing her residency training at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. She has a focused practice designation in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). She serves on the CREOG (Council on Resident Education in Ob/Gyn) Exam Committee and the SASGOG (Society for Academic Specialists in General Ob/Gyn) Mentorship Committee, is an ABOG Board Examiner, and was recently the ACOG District I Junior Fellow Advisor.
