Audra Robertson Meadows, MD, MPH is an Associate Professor and Vice Chair for Culture and Justice in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Meadows is a board-certified OB/GYN in practice working to optimize birth for nearly 20 years, a health systems educator, and health equity champion. Dr. Meadows leads the Health Equity and Systems Science curriculum for UCSD medical students. She is an investigator funded by the NIH, CDC, and RWJF to develop and study tools that improve obstetric safety and achieve equity. She is a founding director of the Massachusetts perinatal quality collaborative, PNQIN, and currently leads implementation of the Maternal Equity Bundle across MA.
