Dr. Christine Herde is a Board Certified Ob/Gyn who is the Chair of the Dept. for Optum TriState/Care Mount Division in Hudson Valley/N.Y. She received her medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine (1996) and completed her residency at Albany Medical Center (2000). For the past 23 years, she has been a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology practicing for 8 years in a small community practice prior to joining a large, multispecialty organization. Dr. Herde is also currently the Chair for District II/ACOG. She leads the task force on "Re-entry into Practice." Her largest accomplishment: She has been married to her husband, Jeff, for the past 30 years and together, they have 4 incredible children.
