Emily M. Godfrey, MD MPH is an Associate Professor on the clinician-scientist track in the Departments of Family Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Washington. She is a board-certified family physician, with a clinical focus on women’s healthcare and chronic disease. She is a Complex Family Planning Fellowship graduate with a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Rochester. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Society of Family Planning. Dr. Godfrey has published extensively on reproductive health, including groundbreaking early abortion services in primary care. She has been recognized for her extraordinary contribution to the health and well-being of women by Sara Feigenholtz of the Illinois House of Representatives.
