Session Description
Placenta accreta spectrum is associated with severe obstetrical hemorrhage and is an important cause of perinatal mortality/morbidity. The standard treatment is obstetric hysterectomy. This debate examines the potential risks and benefits of management with uterine conservation compared with hysterectomy.
